Warranty Policy

At Metanestai, we stand by the quality of our products. Every device you purchase includes a standard one-year warranty, ensuring reliability and peace of mind. This warranty covers both hardware and software defects, guaranteeing that your device operates as intended. Should any issues arise, we will either repair the device or provide a replacement. The warranty remains valid for 12 months from the delivery date.

What’s Not Covered?

While our warranty covers technical faults and component failures, it does not extend to devices that have been:

Lost, dropped, or physically damaged
Exposed to moisture or liquids, leading to oxidation
Opened or repaired by unauthorized third parties

If your device develops an issue but also shows signs of physical damage, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs, the warranty will be void.

Important Information

If you encounter a problem with your device, please report it promptly. Delayed reporting may result in your service request being denied, and we may no longer be obligated to offer repairs or replacements.
